Real change in higher education starts with student action. As part of the ProGendering project—led by NAUK with support from LMU Munich—we have launched the Awareness-Raising Toolkit (ART). Available in English and six partner languages, ART provides a practical, structured roadmap for students to address gender bias and create inclusive university environments. From reflection exercises to concrete action plans, the toolkit equips students to tackle everyday inequalities, harassment, and structural stereotypes directly within their academic communities.
