National Capacity Workshops in the EmpowerHer Project

On May 7, 2026, SAN organized national capacity-building workshops in Warsaw for teachers and youth workers supporting girls' entrepreneurship within the EmpowerHer project.

The sessions combined foundational insights with hands-on practice, introducing participants to the self-learning framework and tools available on the EmpowerHer platform. Through interactive activities attendees explored potential business areas—ranging from digital and creative ventures to local services and green initiatives—and experienced the process from initial concept to final pitching.

The event marked an important step in equipping educators with practical methodologies to foster the next generation of young female leaders.
