LEXIS online meeting
On 11 April 2024, the LEXIS: Supporting english language teachers to upgrade teaching and learning of children with dyslexia through the integration of emerging technologies and acqusition of digital skills project partners held another online meeting to discuss progress on the project and plan the next activities.
The partners are currently in the finalisation phase of outcome three. The consortium is continuously working on uploading learning nuggets to the project platform. The partners also discussed the finalization of a Self-Guided Tool that will allow teachers to design their own game development tools. The results were presented during the C1 training and it has been a great success. The tool is currently available here.
At the same time, consortium put their focus on outcome four, the LEXIS Action Plan for Schools. This phase is dedicated to establishing a solid framework that schools across Europe could adapt to better support students with dyslexia. The partners are currently in the process of improving the methodological guidelines for teachers and parents.
Traditionally, the meeting also discussed ongoing issues of administration, quality assurance and dissemination of project results.
As always, we kindly encourage you to follow our outputs on projects website and social media.
