CARE + CONNECT is an international Erasmus+ project supporting the mental well-being of the European academic community. We combine an iCBT digital self-help tool (CARE) with a peer-support network and safe spaces for conversation (CONNECT).

We break taboos and create safe, inclusive campuses across six European countries.
