BeAusome 4th Transnational meeting

On 23 April 2025, the fourth and final partnership meeting of the BeAusome - Promoting Teachers' Professional Development and Inclusion through the Integration of Emerging Technologies in the Teaching of Children with Autism project took place in the Portuguese city of Coimbra.

The event was attended by partners from Poland, Portugal, Cyprus and Greece, representing the institutions involved in the project. The meeting was a summary of all activities and results developed by the international consortium, and the host organisation was APPDA Coimbra - Centro de Formação e Integração Profissional.
During the meeting, project management issues were discussed, including administrative matters, financial matters and final reporting. The results of the work on the BeAusome DUAL Pack, an educational kit and game scenarios to support teachers in working with children on the autism spectrum, were presented. A VR game and accompanying e-learning platform were also presented as innovative teaching tools. In the next part of the meeting, the partners summarised the international training mobility activities, which enabled the exchange of experiences and good practices between teachers. The participants also discussed the prepared toolkit and the school action plan, and adopted a strategy for disseminating the project results. Finally, an evaluation of all the work was carried out and final steps were planned before the official end of the project.
